On the Mexican-US border dual towns of Nogales, Sonora and Arizona.  This postcard shows a 1964 Chevy Nova II with a 1966/67 Sonora, Mexico passenger plate on the right side of the road.  On the left, there’s a yellow 1967 Chevrolet Caprice with a 1963-base California yellow on black passenger plate.
